RETURNING PET GUEST SECTION – *PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY:

We are so happy your pet will be coming back to play!

*Special Message for Returning/Existing Customers Only: If your pet has been boarded with us recently and we already have his/her current vaccinations on file, please disregard re-sending the records as it is not necessary and you’re all set!

However, if your pet has recently been to the veterinarian or had updated vaccinations, please provide those records to us now using one of two easy methods:

  • 1.) Send them to us via email at: [email protected] (Most Veterinarians are happy to send your pet’s records to us on your behalf and this is usually the fastest and easiest method – Ask them to send the records to us at: [email protected] – *This is the preferred method and will likely avoid delays.)
  • 2.) Text us a copy of your pet’s current vaccination record to: (803) 600-2149. (*Cropped, partial, handwritten, or altered vaccination records cannot be accepted.)
